Any claims for damages or short shipments, or any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. How Do I Send an Item Back?

All international orders must be mailed and returned to the address requested by us. To return an item, please contact our Returns Center at (cs@unikito.com) and follow our return instructions. For returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. How soon will I receive my refund?

Please allow 4-5 business hours for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. All refunds are made to the original method of payment.
