Return & Exchange Policy

Any claims for damages or short shipments, or any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. After this time we may not be able to process any returns or claims. We recommend that you carefully check the outer packaging for damage as soon as you receive the item, and take photos to keep. If necessary, record an unboxing video. If you have any questions please notify us immediately.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase (ex: order number).

To initiate a return, you may contact us at cs@unikito.com.

Once your return is accepted, we will email you, a return shipping label, and the appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from the order, or the customer can take the item to any Fedex, USPS, or UPS facility that can handle paid shipping. These shippers can provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Please note: Items returned directly to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if the item I receive is damaged?


If after receiving the product you find that the product you purchased is defective (missing accessories, missing structure, wrong color, wrong model), please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will ensure that the problem is solved for you as soon as possible.

How Do I Send an Item Back?


All international orders must be mailed and returned to the address requested by us. To return an item, please contact our Returns Center at (cs@unikito.com) and follow our return instructions. For returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please email our customer service (cs@unikito.com) with your order number and tracking number so our team can track your return if there are issues in transit.

How soon will I receive my refund?


Please allow 4-5 business hours for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. All refunds are made to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank and the transaction speed of that bank's system, it will take 2-5 business days for us to receive your refund to the original method of payment.
