Any claims for damages or short shipments, or any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. After this time we may not be able to process any returns or claims. We recommend that you carefully check the outer packaging for damage as soon as you receive the item, and take photos to keep. If necessary, record an unboxing video. If you have any questions please notify us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase (ex: order number).

Once your return is accepted, we will email you, a return shipping label, and the appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from the order, or the customer can take the item to any Fedex, USPS, or UPS facility that can handle paid shipping. All international orders must be mailed and returned to the address requested by us. To return an item, please contact our Returns Center at (cs@unikito.com) and follow our return instructions. For returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. How soon will I receive my refund?
Please allow 4-5 business hours for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. All refunds are made to the original method of payment. after years of desperately needing a desk, i finally got one and i love it! i do not have a very high handiness skill, so putting this together did take about 3-4 hours with help but we managed, and it came out fantastic honestly, no regrets here. it is sturdy, the led lightstrip works wonderfully, the outlets work perfectly, and all the storage under is very helpful. i only have two gripes, and one is technically my fault:
1. when it's first unpacked it is COVERED in Styrofoam. i mean it is everywhere and it will get everywhere - especially on the led light strip. easiest way to take care of this is to take some tape or a lint roller and just go to town - after about 15 minutes of this the mess was thankfully taken care of.
2. so this was more of a user error but i accidentally got the instructions flipped and had to undo a bunch of work cause i was making it the opposite way than i wanted. so just be careful when you read the instructions and know exactly which way you want the L to be!!
otherwise 10/10, would recommend, it's a fun project with a great looking and cozy result.
Got this as a gift for my wife, she absolutely loves it! Easy to assemble, feels very solid and well made! For the price, this is well worth it. There were a few minor knicks and dings on some of the wood pieces, but nothing major.
The only problem we had was that neither one of the two USB ports on the power strip worked at all, they were both dead! All of the power outlets worked, just no USB. I contacted the seller, and they very promptly responded to my message offering to send me a new power strip, no questions asked! Because of that I give the desk 5 stars.
I love this desk because of the color. It matches my entire set up, and has enough storage for my things. It arrived 3 days before the day it was supposed to arrive so super fast shipping! However, it was extremely dirty. There were specks of what I assume are dust/dirt all over the desk pieces as well as the led strip did not have a plastic covering so the styrofoam melted and stuck to the led strip. It also came chipped in a few places.
I was very skeptical about the space (previous desk was deceptive) and I’m someone who likes to have their PC tower under their desk rather than on the out side edges but once I finished building it I have to admit I couldn’t be happier!! There’s SO much space both under the desk and on the table tops as well! The hutch is especially spacious and is perfect for figures and other displays as well. The desk was super easy to assemble, took me ~1.5 hours by myself! Love it!
I had a very large setup before my desk and I just did not have enough room. This desk gave me so much space to be able to get what I hoped to achieve out of getting this. I also have lots of memorabilia and was able to decorate the desk very nicely. It turned out really great and would highly recommend this desk for someone who needs some space and is willing to spend a little bit of money!
