I don’t typical write recommendations on Amazon but there’s no way I cannot give a review of this desk.
Shipping/arrival - delivery of the desk was very timely and boxes were in good shape. All the parts/pieces were intact. It does come in two boxes.
Assembly - it can be done by one person but having two makes the assembly go so much more smoothly. It took us close to two hours to assemble the desk. Instructions were clear and all parts were there, even has Philips screwdriver and Allen wrench.

The desk is very sturdy and has a wonderful footprint.

I love my new desk and can highly recommend it, if you’re looking for a new desk.

The only negative remarks is I have a dark colored desk and the draw hardware is white. Also the handles to the drawers really don’t fit the look of the desk.

Please, don't go by the reviews. I almost didn't purchase it because of the reviews. However, I purchased it and I'm glad I did. It is BEAUTIFUL, PROFESSIONAL, STURDY, SPACIOUS, and the best I'v had thus far. It comes in 2 packages (it stated that at check out), but I got nervous � and reached out to CS, the response was fast and respectful. I would recommend this desk to anyone. Last but not least, I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY MISSING PARTS, ONLY EXTRAS ‼️ The lights are beautiful, and dance when speaking �

I could put bulk of desk together myself except the large right side table. Needed my computer engineer son-in-law to rehook everything up once desk in place. But while I put together the desk, some hardware had to be replaced. the round bottom supports #17 part one I had to go to Ace Hardware for 2 slightly bigger screws to make it fit right. The other 5 bottom supports were perfect. The large table part#A, one of the inset assembly hardware dislodged on shipment. Found slightly larger one at Ace Hardware, had to buy a new inset bolt to match, but luckily that fit just right too. My husband wanted to use super glue to put the inset back in, but I said no!. It would only clog the threading on bolt. Now my Envy HP Printer fits right where it should have been long time ago.

I waited a while on this one because I want it to be a fair review. In the end time did not change my mind. I guess I just like the idea of this desk more than I like the desk. And the problem with buying something like this online is that it is really hard to discover problems then take the time and herculean effort to return it.

I had several issues.

1. Sturdiness is a definite issue during assembly. I did not attach a picture of this, but the pieces they mounted inside the particle board to anchor it together literally pulled out during assembly. This is not my first rodeo. I have assembled a lot of particle board furniture in my time.

2. The metal cross bars under the desktop are not as described in the picture. This is a problem because it is going to affect the sturdiness of the desk. As you can see from my pictures and the instructions, the crossbars are supposed to have a flat piece attached to the end so that two screws are used to hold each one onto the legs and the brace for the side shelf. As you can see, these pieces are missing... on both crossbars. This is shown in the image where I am holding the screw. I checked and this was not simply a matter of hardware needing to be assembled. No end pieces for the cross bars were included.

3. One of their cheap pleather handles arrived damaged and deformed, so that it does not seat down properly.

Quality control matters, especially in an online purchase. Things have to be as described, and they need to be worth what you pay. Either a company understands this, or it does not. This one does not.
