Any claims for damages or short shipments, or any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. After this time we may not be able to process any returns or claims. We recommend that you carefully check the outer packaging for damage as soon as you receive the item, and take photos to keep. If necessary, record an unboxing video. If you have any questions please notify us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase (ex: order number).

Once your return is accepted, we will email you, a return shipping label, and the appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from the order, or the customer can take the item to any Fedex, USPS, or UPS facility that can handle paid shipping. These shippers can provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

All international orders must be mailed and returned to the address requested by us. To return an item, please contact our Returns Center at (cs@unikito.com) and follow our return instructions. For returns, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please email our customer service (cs@unikito.com) with your order number and tracking number so our team can track your return if there are issues in transit.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Please allow 4-5 business hours for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. All refunds are made to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank and the transaction speed of that bank's system, it will take 2-5 business days for us to receive your refund to the original method of payment.

Very nice easy enough to put together
We were suddenly desperate for a new bed right at the beginning of December. Luckily, this bed was affordable and we hoped it would be a good and sturdy bed. We cross compared a variety of beds.
The bed came with power, outlets on the headboard and USB connections. Also, LED lights. The LED lights that we knew were coming with. It was not something we expected to be using. However, we found a feature where the lights change with noise. Our children found this out, and we have had multiple dance parties in our bedroom with the other color changing lights. It is quite an enjoyable experience for the whole family. However, has made mommy and daddy’s bedroom a little bit more kid friendly than we may have liked it. So if you have little kids, you may want to keep the features to yourselves.
The details on the paneling of this bed are absolutely realistic. Let’s be honest spending thousands of dollars on an all wood bed or more likely a bed made of laminate, which will still not be sturdy is not even worth it. This bed was cheaper than the bed that we had to throw away, which considering that bed was eight years old is saying something.
My one complaint is the small size of the drawers. We do not have a lot of storage space and big drawers are very helpful. However, because of the small size of the drawers, you are also able to store other things under the bed. The storage space has allowed me to fit two long, thin Tupperware containers containing out of season clothing, and other non-every day items under our bed. They have actually been more useful than I expected because they do full remove. Slightly annoying is that you have to lock them into place because they are on rollers and they will just roll around. However, once you get used to it, it really isn’t a bother at all, and actually has become quite nice. We had drawers on our previous bed that stuck out just a bit, and I was constantly stubbing myself on the drawers.
Bed is also simple to put together. My husband put it together, and under a half an hour and mainly it took him so long because he had to keep all the pieces in the living room and carry them into the bedroom as he needed them. This is just speaking to our small space of our house.
It is a full size bed in our room which fits perfectly, and also takes up less space than our previous bed because of layout of the bed.
The headboard is a great place to display items, and very sturdy. If you have a bunch of POP it is a perfect place to display your Star Wars collection and show off your true fandom. And also is a great place to store your book that you’re reading to help yourself fall asleep every night due to your insomnia.
Overall a great bed. Nice and sturdy. Lights make a nice touch. Two reasons for the 4 stars and they revolved around assembly. First reason, the tools given are not the best. If you have allen wrench bit set for a hand turn screwdriver, use it. Works a whole lot better. Also use your own wrenches for the nuts, a lot easier to grip and helps with assembly. Second reason, the storage basket assembly instructions are out of order. The clips for holding the baskets shape should be done after it has been put on the door. Doing them before causes more issues getting them on the door. Which is already a pain since they are not ideally lined up right to begin with or if it is assembled with one of the basket sides on backwards. Aside from these two things, the bed is great. Very sturdy. Lights are great. Remote seems to be better than the app. At least for me but it is a pretty nice touch either way.

It's a long process to put together, one side didn't have screw holes. But, for the price it's pretty great. � drawers are a bit small but the locking in place feature is great with a small child.
