Any claims for damages or short shipments, or any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product. After this time we may not be able to process any returns or claims. We recommend that you carefully check the outer packaging for damage as soon as you receive the item, and take photos to keep. How soon will I receive my refund?
